ACBA Family Law Attorney Terri Melcher was brutally attacked in her office recently by the ex-husband of one of her clients. She is recovering and sincerely appreciates the outpouring of support. Many of Terri's friends and colleagues in the ACBA and the broader legal community have asked how they can show their support for Terri.

Temporary Increase in Attorney Registration Fees

On November 4, 2009, the Minnesota Supreme Court temporarily increased attorney registration fees by $100 to provide additional funding for legal services to the Public Defender's Office and Legal Services.  Click here to view a copy of the order
