After months of discussion, the Anoka City Council passed a new ordinance that regulates the sale of THC in the city during December. The ordinance was approved in second reading with a 4-0 vote, with Councilman Jeff Weaver absent. The City Council recently enacted an ordinance that governs displays on city properties, making it illegal to draw a hopscotch board on a sidewalk or street in Anoka.
